“Growing You Group Coaching” Program
This 3-month Wellness and Life Coaching Program includes:
- Initial Consultation
- Quicky Wellness Assessment and Review
- Grounding Your Vision (Getting to the Core of You, Creation of Wellness Vision, Goal Setting);30 -45 minute individual comprehensive session
- 2 Individual Sessions; 30 minutes in length; Week 6 and Week 11
- 9 Weekly Group Sessions; 60 minutes in length
- Follow up Email Support
- Hand Selected Articles and Resources
Connect with other women who want to improve their wellness and self-care while experiencing the benefits of group energy, group accountability, shared motivation and affordability. This group coaching program is designed to address aspects of the Personal Wellness Model & Tree for Self-Care and include:
- Developing a foundation for your self-care (seed) that is rooted in self-awareness, self acceptance and self love.
- Addressing the nine healthy living skills (branches) that will allow your tree of wellness to flourish and grow.
- Giving your tree light and direction through creation of a compelling personal vision of your ideal health and wellness.
Please note this Group Coaching Program actually includes 3 individual sessions: a comprehensive Grounding Your Vision session plus two additional sessions-giving you even more value and more individual attention than most group programs!!!

Part One: Goal Setting for a Healthier, Wealthier and Happier Life
It’s that time of the year again. We are full of hope and anticipation. We make resolutions that we will change our unwanted habits and become healthier versions of ourselves. Unfortunately, 88% of the resolutions that are made never succeed.

Part Two: Growing You Group Wellness Coaching
Prerequisite: Part One: Goal Setting for a Healthier, Happier and Wealthier Life
This class four week class will allow you to make your Wellness Vision which you created in Part One (Goal Setting for a Healthier, Wealthier and Happier Life) a reality. You will gain lots of practice setting SMART goals that ultimately connect to your Vision. Since this is primarily a group coaching class, you will also experience the benefits of group energy, shared motivation and group accountability.
Each class will address some aspect of the Personal Wellness Tree— a Wellness Model for Self-Care. This model guides you in creating optimum health and well-being. You will learn:
- The importance of self awareness, self acceptance and self love
- And four to five of the nine Healthy Living Skills needed to create optimal wellness

Part Three: Growing You Group Wellness Coaching Continued
Prerequisites: Part One: Goal Setting for a Healthier, Happier and Wealthier Life and Part Two: Growing You Group Wellness Coaching
Keep the momentum, success and support going! By now you have created a compelling wellness vision, made steps toward that vision, and started to learn and apply some of the healthy living skills needed to ensure your best year and optimal wellness!
This four week class addresses four more healthy living skills and provides a unique opportunity to experience the benefits of group coaching—shared motivation, group energy and group accountability.
You will see how having a clear vision, setting and accomplishing SMART goals, working from your strengths, and group support can increase your energy, confidence, health and life satisfaction.
